Exposure is a Young Enterprise business from NPGHS that was formed at the beginning of 2013. We are creating Exposure Band. A reusable and waterproof UV monitoring wristband that changes colour to let you know you need to reapply sunscreen. Our aim is for Exposure Band to assist with the prevention of skin cancer in a simple yet effective. We are devoted to creating a product that reduces the probability of sunburn amongst New Zealanders and to educate others, particularly children, about the effects of sunburn. The wristband has been invented and produced using our own scientific formula by Creator Danielle Watt and Co-Creator Sarah Mount. Exposure band will expectantly be for sale in national and international chemists by the end of this year. Magnapool, mineral water swimming pools have also expressed their interest in stocking exposure band in NZ, AUS, USA, and ASIA.
