Richey Bar
We reckon Facebook gives a great opportunity to interact with Customers, about a wide range of topics. It’s the perfect way for us to hear your thoughts, comments, and opinions about both our service and our industry.
Our Facebook Page is generally 'manned' during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. But we know you use our services 24hrs every day, so please feel free to post a comment whenever! You can expect a reply within 1 working day.
We promise to adhere to Facebook guidelines, and aim to reply to you in a timely fashion. If you ever feel that we are not meeting Facebook guidelines, or that you are not satisfied with our updates or replies, please email Harry at richeybar@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
In return, we ask that you also respect Facebook guidelines when interacting with our Facebook Page, as well as a few extra guidelines specific to our page. Please refrain from posting anything that:
- is abusive, defamatory or obscene
- is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
- is in violation of another's intellectual property right or any law or regulation
- is or could be seen to be in any other way offensive or derogatory
- reveals personal information about another Facebook user, a staff member, or a customer.
- Nothing annoys me more than stupid spam... If you are silly enough to post it - you will be ban.
Following a ruling in Australia in 2012, Facebook Page fan comments are considered to be advertising on the brand's behalf and the brand itself could be liable for any comment which is untrue or offensive. Please think about the repercussions, not only for us but also yourself before going all virtual Nazi.
People that post material or share links outside of these guidelines may be banned from using our Facebook Page. If you feel that you have been banned unfairly, please contact us.
Any promotions run on our Facebook Page are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. During a promotion, any information that you provide is provided to Richey Bar, and not to Facebook.
