Pony Parties - Terms & Conditions
1) Longridge Stables is a working farm and all guests must abide by staff/owner requests at all times.
2) All guests must attend a short safety briefing (including parents) regarding the rules at Longridge Stables and safety around horses.
3) Longridge believes in “challenge by choiceâ€. We understand that some people are nervous around horses and other animals and we will work with everybody individually within their comfort level. There is no pressure to complete any activities and alternative activity options will be given.
4) Longridge takes all precautions to provide a safe, fun, horsey experience, however there are risks involved with horseback riding and Longridge takes no liability for any accidental injury caused. There is always a certified first aider on site.
5) Parking at Longridge is available for up to 3 vehicles per party. Please organise transport prior to party date.
6) In the case of bad weather we leave it your choice if you want to post-phone your party. We are happy to run parties in wet weather and can provide alternative activities in our warm, dry stable facility.
7) Cancellations will incur a 10% fee

Ben grew up on a farm in Blenheim and learnt from an early age that big efforts bring big results.
As a qualified graphic designer and someone who has worked in the building industry, Ben brings a creative edge and eye for detail to the property market.
Ben has the skills to listen to what his clients want & gets a real kick out of helping people make their vision become reality!
Ben lives in Wainuiomata with his partner Rachel and their 7 month old daughter Kadie. They chose to build their life as a family in Wainuiomata, as they truly believe the community has everything they need.
His hobbies include a range of sports; in 1997-2003 he was a Marlborough rep in rugby. He loves having the bush and coast on our doorstep, and gets out and about as much as possible.
I am excited about contributing to the community that I have come to value so much, says Ben.
