The Whisky Art Gallery is located on the top floor of the Loan and Mercantile building in Oamaru's Historic Precinct. The gallery features regularly changing work from over thirty local and regional artists. The gross floor area is
in the order of 1,260 m2. We cannot open the gallery when it is extremely cold.

What does the Migrant Support Coordinator do?
As co-ordinator, it is Liz’s job to support migrants to access information and services in the Waitaki District. Her role also involves liaising with existing agencies in the district to highlight the needs of the migrant community.
Liz is in the office on Wednesday 9-2.30pm and Thursday 10-2.30pm but outside these hours she can be contacted on 0211884888 or via email info@waitakimulticultural.org.nz
What does the Newcomers Network Coordinator do?
Christine’s role is to welcome new arrivals to our community, whether they are have moved from overseas or from another part of New Zealand. As part of her role she arranges social activities to help new arrivals make friends and establish connections.
