Because I have a passion for seeing people engaging and improving – both themselves and their company. BizCSI was started in May 2011 with a vision to help businesses to better market and sell themselves while still meeting customer expectations. It is a rewarding experience to work with amazing companies who know that they can’t do it all and want to make a difference to the way they manage their businesses and in particular sales and marketing.

We do things a little differently because everything is about keeping the customer at the heart of every experience and decision. We build relationships with our clients as we work with them but we always affirm that the business owner/ Director/s is always accountable for their business.
