Inside Out Pilates
'Inside-out Pilates' is focused on developing strength and balance from the inside out. It is centered around mind-body conditioning, that helps build flexibility, strength and endurance in all parts of the body especially through compound exercises strengthening the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.
The primary focus of 'Inside-Out Pilates' is posture with emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and control to allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
