Donna has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1994. Her passion for the care and education for young children and their families grew as she became involved in Early Childhood Services, both as a parent and a teacher. This led to a role as a visiting teacher in a Home Based Service where she further developed her passion in believing that children develop and learn in unhurried environments, where they can unfold naturally and reach their full potential. Rachael has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1998 and has worked in our Havelock North Centre as a Head Teacher before joining our Home Based Service. Rachael enjoys being involved in the development of young children and their families, and believes that as Educators it is important to support children in their journey to succeed as confident learners.
