Training at Octagon Combat Centre builds confidence, conditioning, fitness and a balance of body and mind.
We promote an attitude of motivation, self-confidence and determination to push beyond perceived limits.

Ninjutsu - Monday 7pm to 8:30pm
This is a traditional style, which we teach in a modern way. We cover a range of techniques from a variety of styles, to suit any situation. There is an option for those who are committed to go through Ninja gradings.
Kickboxing - Tuesday & Thursday 7pm to 8:30pm
This class teaches kickboxing skills and combinations and is a very good fitness-building, cardiovascular workout. It can also help students to prepare for tournaments or ring fights.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) - Saturday 10:30am to 12pm
This class focuses on how to deal with a situation effectively it it goes to ground. MMA is a very important part of our training whether it be for the cage, stand-up fighting or self-defence.
Fighting Fit - Wednesday 7pm-8pm
Personal training - available by appointment
These sessions are tailored to fit your individual training goals and requirements. Just some of the options available are ninjutsu, kickboxing, weapons, self-defence, ground fighting, cardiovascular, muscle toning, weight-loss or meditation.
Weapons - available by appointment
Students may train with one of the 34 self-defence weapons that we teach here. They are taught the tradition, self-defence application of the weapon and an understanding of what to do should they have to use it or have it used on them.
