Welcome to the Gisborne Bowling Club which was established on the present site in 1884. Visitors, social bowlers and new members are always welcome. Casual bowls are played on most afternoons starting at 1.00 pm - just ring the Club after 12.25 pm to book in or arrive at the Club (867 3050) by 12.45 pm to get your name in. Even complete novices will be made welcome and assisted at these sessions. Coaching is available to anyone on request and can be arranged at times to suit. Coaching sessions are held every Wednesday afternoon at 5.00 pm - no booking required, just roll up and ask for Lorna Reeve. Our Club House and Greens are available for hire to play Bowls, have a Barbeque and enjoy the wonderful view from our Club House.
