We cater for children ages 0 - 5 years approx.
We operate like a public library and are a non profit organistaion. Our members pay an annual fee.
We have no additional charges, except for larger items which are $2 and $5 each for 2 weeks hire.
Each member contributes to the running of the library by doing three to four duties per year as part of the membership.
Casual membership for shorter periods are also available.
Hire larger items to try before you buy them elsewhere.

Our team of stylists cater for both men and women and we welcome children.
We have a very high level of expertise in the latest techniques of colour work through to up to the minute trends in precision haircuts, and for those special occasions requiring long hair creations. We have a stylist to suit you.
Frendz have a range of haircare products to help you look and feel your absolute best. Our Professional colours, waves and retail products are supplied by Schwarzkopf and we also carry a small range of L'Oreal and Fudge retail products. At the moment we have in stock a good supply of the hugely popular Morroccan Oil.

The Papanui High School House Competition is now in its fourth year since being re-developed. Every student is assigned to one of four Houses on entry to the school. Houses compete throughout the year for seven Shields.
The Shields are:
Sports Shield (Touch and Benchball)
Arts Shield (a week long event)
Athletics Shield
Cross Country Shield
Aquatic Shield (Swimming Sports and Aquatic Week)
Community Shield
Junior Activity Day (held in December)
The House competition is designed to foster school spirit, provide students with leadership and mentoring opportunities, develop a tradition, give students a sense of belonging and build up enthusiasm for participation.
