We have five floodlit Astro-Turf tennis courts, located in a lovely sheltered position in Homedale Village with native bush and river backdrop.
We've also got a well maintained Clubhouse with a covered deck overlooking the courts and a grass/paved outdoor area, which is a secure and suitable for young family members.
The courts are accessible by [member’s] gate pass during periods when the Clubhouse and courts are not used for organised Club events.
Ther's ample car park space alongside the Pavilion.
The principle it employs in self-defense is that of non resistance- instead of trying to block an attack, we harmonize with it, basically continuing the attackers movement in order to throw him.
Alternatively, still harmonizing with the attack, we can deflect it (by making a circular movement) and move into the attacker to control them
