ConTact C.A.R.E is non-intrusive, gentle and the techniques are safe and very effective. Sessions can last 30-60 minutes and a return visit is usually required. Consultations are carried out with the client fully clothed.
What you can expect:
Observation and listening are two of the greatest skills upon which all else depend.
During a session you can expect to be observed closely as you move instinctively around your injuries.
You can expect to be listened to carefully as you describe how you sustained your injury, what you are feeling and where.
At all times you can expect to be supported in comfort and be educated in how the body instinctively protects itself when threatened in any way.
