Bike Hireage.
Take a self-guided leisurely cycle tour along purpose built cycle ways throughout Mount Maunganui and it’s surrounding area. While cycling you will be able to take in beautiful scenery including ocean and harbour views, farmland, orchards, parks and reserves.
We have 10 single speed bicycles and 1 geared Tandem bicycle available for hire that are user friendly.

All bicycles hired come with complimentary district maps, helmets, locks and lights for your safety and convenience, baby carriers and pannier bags are also available on request.
Our suggested cycle ways generally take up to 4 hours to complete taking into consideration that you stop for refreshments, a picnic, photographs or even shop for a gift for that special somebody, so a half day hire is generally all one needs to complete the round trip.
Our bicycle hire rates are calculated during normal business hours, so if you want to hire a bicycle for the day your journey must be completed between the hours and days specified on our contact page.
Our general bicycle hireage rates are as follows:
1 Hour Hire $15.00
½ Day Hire $25.00
1 Day Hire $40.00
1 Week Hire $150.00
2 Week Hire $250.00
Please note:
If you liked the bike you hired and wanted to purchase it afterwards then we would be happy to negotiate a special price for you. Or if you wanted to purchase a new bicycle after hiring it then we would be happy to take off the hireage fee from the purchase price of your new bicycle.
