My name is Hayley and I have been a PORSE Nanny for 6 years. I have experience with children aged from newborn to 9 years old, including two sets of twins. I enjoying doing may activities with children of all ages, such as baking, artwork, reading, attending playgroups, music and going on bus and train "adventures" around the Lower Hutt and Wellington area, visiting playgrounds and many other attractions. I have just finished a 5 year contract with my previous family, as the youngest is now off to school, so from May 2013 I am looking for part-time or full time work in the Lower Hutt or central Wellington area. I have a full drivers licence but no car (at this stage) and an up-to-date first aid certificate. If you are looking for childcare, please consider me. Brookfield is an Outdoor Education Centre and permanent campsite used year-round by Scouts, Guides, Schools and Church Groups, and many other organisations. It is also used by business houses for team-building exercises. Bequeathed to the Scout Association by the late Miss Mary Crowther in 1958, Brookfield is a unique environment with its native bush and facilities designed especially for the training of youth • Camping is encouraged for groups from 4 to 700 persons • Numerous sites at either end of the camp with separate ablution facilities • Cooking shelter available if required • Scout patrols can camp under supervision of the Duty Warden Activities • Lake - with canoes, rafts and lifejackets all provided • Challenge/Confidence course • Two Flying Foxes • Swimming pool • Two campfire circles • Walking/Tramping tracks • Open areas for games and activities • Native bush, mature trees and creek for conservation study • Outdoor Chapel • Eeling • Bird watching • Permanent Orienteering Course • Tracking • Sketching • Photography • Special activities by prior arrangement: ◦ Abseiling Other Resources Available: • Bird Identification. We cater to children from 4 months to 5 years, with separate areas for infants and toddlers and preschoolers. All of our teachers are very experienced and qualified, with a passion for teaching and learning, keeping up to date with new research. Activities and experiences will be available both inside and outside during the day that will meet and extend your child’s interests. We are situated in central Petone on 77 Hutt Road. Centre Hours are 7.30am - 5.30pm, closed weekends and statuary holidays.

Boulcott School is a decile 10 School, situated in Boulcott Street, Lower Hutt and caters for children from Year 1 to 6.
