Each 45 minute session is designed to get the most from your valuable time.
At Workout Boot Camp we combine aerobic and anaerobic training methods, equipment based exercises, calisthenics and good old hard grunt.
We hold sessions at various locations around Auckland Central.
Each Workout Boot Camp intake runs for 5 weeks.
