The Centre:

We have strong links with our Australian school in Melbourne and as we are located within the Auckland CBD our students can easily travel to the school from all over the city for our classes. Andre is the founder of iHypnosis and trained as a professional hypnotherapist. He has attained competencies in hypnotherapy and advanced hypnotherapy, hypnosis and supportive hypnotherapy, essential nero-linguistic programming and effective communication skills. Andre has practiced for many years, with appearances on TVNZ.
Fine Art Studio offers Art Classes in Auckland for Adults, Children, Teenagers and Home School Students. Located in Birkenhead on the North Shore we teach Painting, Drawing, Printing and Multi-Media and incorporate Portraiture, Landscape, Still Life and Abstraction.

Established in 2001, Victoria Institute of New Zealand (VINZ) is one of New Zealand's leading tertiary institutions. We are a NZ Government Approved Academic Institution, and registered with the NZ Ministry of Education. All programmes we offer are accredited by the NZ Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
The Artist's Way was written by Julia Cameron with the support of Mark Bryan. First published in 1992 it was developed as a 12 week course to recognise and develop the source of creative inspiration. It is a course that emphasises the spiritual dimension of creative process and invites participants to engage in fun and off-beat question and answer type exercises to identify blocks and move past them.
Other basic tools include a method of journaling called 'Morning pages' and a weekly hour of pure fun called an 'artist's date'.
Sales of the book are now in the millions and it has entered the 'self-help' hall of fame and rates in the top 100 of all time.
Common feed-back is that this course can literally change your life. Gentle and compassionate, you are invited to be surprised by your own success - the process works! Even hardened skeptics experience the morning pages and the artist's date and can testify to the results.
Public courses have begun to run from the Edmund Rice Centre in Auckland in 2011.
Groups and organisations can arrange to have the Artist's Way facilitated privately by request.
