Pauline West - Professionals, Hutt City Limited

28 Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt ,
I began my career in South Africa with a property developer training and supporting the sales team. On obtaining my real estate ticket I moved into the vibrant and ever changing world of property as a land agent and enjoyed it immensely. After my son Keegan was born we decided to move from the city to raise him in a more secure setting. We purchased a landscaping business in the small seaside village. My job was to keep the accounts and look after our clients. Well, as people who know me will appreciate, the accounts got forgotten BUT our customer base flourished as I spent my days chatting and laughing with our customers. When our son Mishka was two we made the huge decision to leave our families, sunny skies and move to the safe and secure shores of New Zealand. We started our new life in the Hutt Valley 15 years ago where my family have thrived so I can not praise the quality of life the valley has to offer enough. We all get involved in our local scout troop, church life and love the outdoor experiences and social connections they have given us. As for sport, the closest I get to that is watching both my boys play hockey and I have convinced myself that is my contribution to the institution of sport! And on a good day I might drag myself to the gym. Since living in New Zealand I have worked as a sales representative for different large companies and as an Area manager for a direct selling company. I made the decision to go back into property as I felt after living and working in the valley for 10 years I was able to combine my local knowledge, customer service and passion for serving others to assist families with their property needs. I know only too well how difficult it is to leave ones home so you can be assured I will do my utmost to make your transition a pleasant one. Looking forward to meeting you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PAULINES TESTIMONIALS I found Pauline West not only professional in her approach to selling Mums house but also compassionate and caring. Linda Geel Pauline was very friendly and approachable. She answered calls at all times of day and night! She was prepared and offered to do lots of open homes! I recommend Pauline because she was honest with her comments, research and evaluation. She found a marketing plan that worked well and attracted a good number of interested buyers Andrea and Nathan Rogers It has been such a pleasure to deal with your agents Diane Cummings and Pauline West. When we first enquired about selling our home, I left messages on various real estate companies' websites. Diane was the only one who got back to me via the phone. One other company added me to their database and I heard nothing from any other company. I was very impressed with not only the promptness, professional approach and friendly first meeting, but also the patience shown by Diane when we decided to wait a while before selling. Diane followed up with a rental appraisal which she delivered by hand to our door which was very generous and personal. When we finally decided to go ahead with selling, Pauline was introduced to us by Diane and they worked very efficiently as a team to sell our house. We were always kept up to date by Pauline who called regularly to chat about progress etc. The reports sent to us after each Open Home were so well laid out and answered any questions we had. The other agents who brought their buyers through the home privately were on the whole polite and flexible. Having had dealing with Professionals in the past, we were very happy with this transaction and will definitely recommend Diane and Pauline to our friends. Thank you for being so understanding and empathetic during this process, what a fantastic result we got in the end!! Best of luck Diane and Pauline Julie and Aaron Muir Pauline's service & approach to serving is very good. M. Dobson - Alicetown

Manukau City

Manukau City

Manukau City was a territorial authority district in Auckland, New Zealand, governed by the Manukau City Council. The area is sometimes referred to as "South Auckland", although this term did not possess official recognition and did not encompass areas like East Auckland, which was within the city boundary. It was a relatively young city, both in terms of legal status and large-scale settlement – though with residents in June 2010, it was the third largest in New Zealand and the fastest growing. In 2010 the entire Auckland Region was amalgamated under a single city authority, Auckland Council.
