Home and Family I live in Pyes Pa with my lovely wife Lesley. We have two grown up children, Philip and Laura, who are now pursuing careers in Engineering and Hospitality. Lesley and I owned and operated Racecourse and Chadwick Pharmacies in Greerton for many years. I’m now working as a licensed Salesperson for Crockford Real Estate and Lesley works as a locum Pharmacist in pharmacies throughout Tauranga. Qualifications I have a degree in Business Studies with honours in Marketing and a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing. I also have the National Certificate in Real Estate Level 4. Business Experience I’ve been self-employed since 1999, having previously worked in Sales and Marketing for three large UK based companies. I ran my own marketing agency prior to being the General Manager of two pharmacies. Community Involvement I’m a long standing member of Rotary and I take pride in applying the principals of Rotary in my business life – Trust, Honesty and Fairness. Music has been my main hobby since I started playing trombone at the age of six. I’ve played for many local music groups including Tauranga Big Band, Bay of Plenty Symphonia, and Tauranga City Silver Band. When I’m not at work or playing the trombone, I take time to train at the local gym in Greerton. Lesley and I also run a half marathon two or three times a year. The Right Choice I have a ‘can do’ attitude to life and I’m a strong believer in treating people in a way that I would also want to be treated.
