Mauri Ora Coaching is aimed at helping people to make the first step into the world of coaching, personal training and holistic health and fitness.
The personalised Mauri Ora Coaching training programs are designed to be very flexible and to incorporate individual lifestyles, interests and people and infrastructure in the local community to ensure there is adequate support and motivation while undertaking these positive life changes.
Training programs are available for new and first-time competitors through to beginner and intermediate level competitors looking to set, achieve and exceed their goals, push their personal best results, challenge themselves and be an inspiration to others.
Special rates are available for first-time IronMaori Triathlon participants and the personalised IronMaori training programs are designed to get IronMaori participants to the start line, through the race and achieving and exceeding their goals and expectations.
In addition to the Coaching services, the Mauri Ora Mentoring service is where habits that've formed over years are challenged and replaced by new healthier habits, strengthened by the empowerment of knowledge and community support. Once participants have established these new routines and lifestyle habits, they are then encouraged to rise up to the challenge of completing an event of their choice through the Mauri Ora Coaching Program.
This mentoring service is initially only available to selected participants, but due to increased demand, the service will become available to all in the near future. Watch this space!
