We're a small family business, and we don't have staff, so please be patient if Kris is busy tattooing, as he may not always be able to stop working the moment you walk in to the shop. Rest assured, he will stop within a few minutes to check in with you. We welcome walk-ins, although it's always best to book ahead as we get busy from Thurs-Sat in particular. The shop is open five to six days a week, depending on bookings. If you need a tattoo on Sundays (Kris' day off) you will need to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We have had to implement a policy of all bookings require a $40 deposit due to people not showing up. This is a non-refundable deposit of $40 to secure your booking, which is taken off the tattoo price on completion of your art work. So it costs you nothing if you turn up for your booking. If you don't turn up without calling at least an hour before, you forfeit your deposit. This is to ensure that people who are in the shop and want a tattoo have first right to it, rather than those tyre-kickers who book in and never turn up. To re-book after a no-show you will be required to pay 100% of the tattoo price in advance, non-refundable. You are always welcome to take your chances and simply turn up. If there's a slot available, you will get it if you are in the shop and nobody else is... but if you need a particular time, bring your deposit with you as we have NO EFTPOS. We are closed on Sunday and Monday, but it is possible to book in for these days if you can not make it any other time.
