Our head chef, Andrea, comes from Chile. She brings knowledge and creativity to her dishes, inspired from extensive travel and a true passion for food. Her dishes are of only the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. She will welcome your influence to the menu that will be served to your guests, and is flexible to your needs. Or, choose from her specially created menu ideas, or even a surprise, the choice is yours!
Host a dinner party with a difference by holding one of our cultural-tasting theme nights. We will present a vast array of tastings prepared by our chefs from the country you select. Some of our choices are Latino, Japanese, French, Italian, Mediteranean, South American BBQ to name a few - Please enquire!
You may choose to invite your guests to come dressed for the theme night, which will always add extra fun to your night, and we can provide appropriate music and cocktails if required.
