The Hawke’s Bay Region Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group (Hawke’s Bay Region CDEM Group) is a partnership between all local authorities in Hawke’s Bay (being Central Hawke’s Bay, Hastings, and Wairoa District Councils, Napier City Council, and Hawke’s Bay Regional Council), Members of the CDEM Group are the Mayors from each local authority and the Chairman of the Regional Council.
This Subcommittee are responsible for discussing, debating and developing ideas relating to young people, and making recommendations to the Council.
Youth Subcommittee meetings are held every six weeks and are open to the public.
