Every term Kids n' Art runs a different art programme based on a specific theme as well as the works of well-known artists and art periods. Throughout the term, the children: - Develop their imagination, art skills and understanding of art. - Learn about art techniques and styles influenced by artists - Explore methods such as painting, sketching, drawing, mixed media, sculpting, designing and printing - Experience a variety of different mediums and materials The Kids n' Art programmes are taught in a supportive, creative, educational and fun environment and is the perfect way to develop your child's true artistic potential while also giving them a real appreciation of art. Karen Carey is a qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of education from Copenhagen, Denmark, majoring in teaching visual art and music.

Located in Auckland, New Zealand the University of Swole specialises in the disciplines identified to required for excellence in being swole. We provide an unrivalled programme in Snatching, Clean and Jerking and Squatting amongst other arts. Whilst our programmes do provide flexibility the Snatch and Clean and Jerk have been identified as disciplines compulsory to becoming swolefied. Our requirments do however vary depending on Body Weight and Gender.

Who is HITO? HITO was created in 1993 as the recognised Industry Training Organisation (ITO) for the hairdressing and barbering industry. In 2008, the beauty industry was included in this coverage. HITO is industry owned and supported by the Tertiary Education Commission. HITO administer the apprenticeship programme, including the management of on-and off-job training. We liaise with the industries that we cover to set the standards of New Zealand's only nationally (and internationally) recognised barbering, beauty and hairdressing qualifications. HITO offer national certificates in barbering, beauty, hairdressing, salon support, and salon management. It is also HITO's role to ensure that industry training standards are maintained and the information and skills being taught are correct and relevant.

The Contemporary Dance major is the most established, full-time contemporary dance programme in New Zealand, and continues to develop a community of dance artists who contribute innovative choreography and performance excellence to the industry. They'll guide you through the computing skills needed for today's increasingly technology-based society. At our Free4U classrooms in Henderson and Albany, our facilitators are on hand to assist you as you learn. We provide you with text books, which must be returned at the end of the session, and take-home notes. There are no exams and no pressure – start with a course that suits you and complete each course at your own pace. Our Free4U computer courses include Getting Started in Computing (for those new to computers), Keyboarding, Internet and Email, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access. The allocated time for completing each course is 18 hours (12 x 90 minute sessions), except for our Getting Started in Computing course which is 15 hours (10 x 90 minute sessions). You can finish before the allocated completion time, but if you require longer than the allocated time, you will need to enrol in the course again.
