We are a local fitness team based in kawerau, encouraging anyone and everyone whos keen to become fitter and healthier. Our small team welcomes you all, we have classes on monday, wednesday and fridays at firmin feild 5-30-6.30pm. Our sessions are $5 per class or $10 a week. Bare in mind we are not fully educated as trainers (yet) but we guarantee you a good workout, support and smiles... Feel free to come join us :-)
The foundation of our program is using outdoor activities to explore attitudes...We also organise self sufficiency classes and courses on survival and living off the land, in remote area's, like the Kawhia and Aotea harbours.
