Active Dads Marlborough

Active Dads Marlborough

31 George Street, Barnardos Marlborough, Blenheim ,
ActivedadsMarlborough is all about getting dads thinking about their important role as a parent of an under 5. Times are changing and most dads now are ACTIVELY involved in the upbringing of their children. Co-parenting is a reality for a lot of families, rather than the mother being the only primary caregiver in the first few years. Father's can have a real impact and their involvement will benefit their children from the day they are born. Our focus will be with dads through the first 5 years of their child's life. This is when the majority of the brain is connected (wired) & prepared for life, relationships are formed and a whole lot of fun is to be had (amongst the many challenges & sheer frustrating moments of course!). ActivedadsMarlborough will offer members regular newsletters (containing resources, ideas for cool local activties and more), events that are either social, practical or educational (or a mixture of all of these things) and the opportunity to hear from other dads going through the same experiences as you! Remember it's free to join so sign up today.
