Maurice has a background in rural employment and small business having gained experience and qualifications in the Stock and Station Industry, worked as a Stock Agent and has also been a Dairy Farmer in a share milking position. He has owned and operated five retail businesses including Fruit and Vegetables, Grocery and Fast Food outlets. Throughout his real estate career Maurice has specialised in rural property building up a large data base of clients and a long list of successful sales in all categories, including dairy, lifestyle, horticultural and coastal properties. He has also handled a wide variety of rural subdivisions in the Whakatane District. Together with his wife Lee-Anne and two children he lives in the rural district of Awakeri where they run a small dry stock farm. He has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the local market and has the confidence, ability and experience to successfully promote and sell all types of property. Maurice is supported by a very well managed and successful company, ‘The Professionals Real Estate Partnerships Ltd, Whakatane, plus an excellent team of administration staff and a group of very experienced sales colleagues.
