His high creativity and broad yet finely-tuned technical grounding are unique in the industry and stem from a varied 20-year London-based career. After leaving school, Tim was employed as a darkroom and photographer's assistant. He then went on to work within the UK film / TV industry both as a director and art director and in commercial model-making / special effects, while concurrently building his own successful commercial photography business. A prolific collector of British and Italian Vogue, Tim's photographic style has a distinctive European edge. His London clients have included a host of fashion favourites such as Fenwick Department Stores, Tatler and Marie Claire magazines. Many of his film / TV clients (such as BBC Drama, ITV, VH2, MTV) also engaged his photography services for advertising, PR and TV productions. Tim moved out to New Zealand in 2008 and has built a cult-following, specialising in advertising, fashion and beauty. His clients include both established and up-and-coming local designers and he is also a regular fashion editorial contributor to numerous local magazines.
