We host weekly, monthly and annual distance rides across the Waitakere Ranges and North Island-wide. Our aim is to keep you fit with spin classes, free workshop nights, skill seminars and various practical sessions.

Move over cupcakes - Whoopie Pies are 'en vogue' right now. An American favourite of two cake-like biscuits traditionally sandwiched together with a marshmallow frosting.
These kiwi-fied creations are inspired by New Zealand's favourite desserts, cakes and biscuits as well as a few of my own favourite combinations.
You'll find a variety of flavoured 'tops and bottoms' with a filling or cream squished in between. Possibilities of fruits, sauces, sprinkles and nuts also added for extra yumminess.
