Cakes by Nini shows the history of Nini's made-to-order fondant cakes, beginning with her first one baked in November, 2011. Nini does all of the baking and almost all of the fondant work herself. Nini's Mom helps with cake design and web promotions, while Nini's sisters sometimes help with fondant modelling. Many of Nini's cakes are a family affair.
