He Ara Tika is a mentoring program for secondary school students. In one half of this program, we provide community adult mentors to work one on one or in groups with students who want to set and achieve goals that will help them stay at school and enter into a long lasting career or trade. The other half of this program is focused on training up Leaders and Role Models from both Taupo Nui-A-Tia and Tauhara Colleges so they can mentor and support Year Nines.
