Fit Bumps is a group exercise program that combines education with strengthening, toning, cardiovascular and pilates based exercise. Based on the DuraBall, the 60 minute program provides women with the most optimal health prior to their pregnancy and during their pregnancy.
Fit Mums is a 6-Week Postnatal Stroller Boot Camp that will guide you back to looking and feeling great, while our expert trainers will ensure you do so in a fun, motivating and supportive environment. Our specialised 45 minutes sessions focusses on functional training, not just walking. We target those "mum muscles", improves posture, strengthens the core, reduces lower back pain; all in a fun, safe environment whilst also spending time with your baby.
