We are a small business specialising in Upcycled furniture and Picture Framing. We will soon be stocking the full range of Chalk Paint® decorative paint by Annie Sloan.

Our Kapiti facility opened in 2008 after extensive research from our potential customers. As a result we built a two level facility with complete drive through on the first level allowing customers to park directly outside the larger units. The second level is via a ramp to the large loading bay giving protection from the elements. The facility was purpose built to provide Clean, Safe, Secure, Private and Dry Units. This facility won the “Australasian Regional Facility of the Year Award” in 2010. The Facility is visible from State Highway One. The location provide storage for Paraparaumu, Paraparaumu Beach and Raumati customers. The All Secure Self Storage facility is also well located for Plimmerton, Waikanae, and Paekakariki residents. Some even travel from Wellington City to store here.

Owner Corrado Ronchetti has had a long association with the hospitality industry since his arrival from Naples, Italy 1977. He began with pizza shops in Newtown, through to the BNZ underground when it first opened. Corrado has owned numerous successful restaurants over the years with his wife Annemarie Tiffen.
