Community based project - a small park with some play areas, providing children (and 'grown-ups' too) with the opportunity to experience the joy of getting that 'close and personal' feeling. Pet, cuddle, stroke and feed the animals for just $2 per person in the heart of Papamoa. We presently have rabbits, guinea pigs (inc babies), chooks, donkeys and ponies on site. **More animals to come...** A friendly, small dog always likes to be fussed and taken for walks. Pony, donkey and mini horse and buggy rides are also available by arrangement. We are located at the end of Enterprise Drive, Papamoa.. Open to groups by arrangement. Great for family gatherings, socials and birthdays. Larger horses available for 'big kids'. We still need more volunteers! Esp teenagers or adults who can supervise children handling the animals. I provide a wide range of services that will benefit both you and your pet which include dog walking, cat and small animal house visits, house minding, dog bathing and pet taxi. Do you have an appointment or a visit that prevents you being at home? Are you unwell or unable to exercise your dog/s? Or you just don’t have the time to walk your dog? Then I have the perfect dog walking service for you. I will Pick up and drop off your dog and they will be taken to one of our walk locations for a half hour or an hour walk. After our walk each dog is towel dried, and given a gentle brush to remove any loose dirt, if you require your dog washed before returning home then please inquire for further pricing. CAT AND SMALL ANIMAL HOUSE VISITS: If you plan to go on holiday, have a last minute business trip or simply need help caring for your pet then Pets on Palm Beach could be for you. We will visit your home on the days agreed, and visit as many times per day as you wish. During these visits we will make certain your pet is healthy and happy and has plenty of social interaction. We can clean out food and water bowls, and refill. We can let your cat in or out and clean their litter trays. We can allow your pet a run in their pen whilst we clean out their hutch. We will visit your home and spend up to 60-minutes with your pet on each visit. You decide what each visit should involve. If required, we can give your home that lived-in look. This is most important should you be away from your home for a few days. We will collect your post and leave this in your preferred place, we will open/shut curtains, we will switch lights off and on and we will put out/collect your bins on designated days. PET TAXI: Do you need to get your pet to the vet or grooming parlour? Are you unable to wait for your pet? Or are you unable to arrange a collection? Don't worry, as we can help with our pet taxi service. DOGGY BATHING: Has your dog got that wet doggy smell? Does he have smelly dog breath? Or sharp nails? Then I can help you!
