Success Academy is a new community focused business with a vision to provide professional support in the form of ‘Success’ training and coaching programmes delivered to anyone in our community, including Youth. Success Academy training will focus on helping you learn how to become very successful in your personal and work environment. The ability to set and achieve realistic goals forms the foundation of the Academy training programmes. Research has proven that 95% of people only use approximately 10% of their capability. Our objective at Success Academy is to increase this level in all participants of Success Academy. Anyone can participate. All participants will develop positive attitudes that strengthen their potential. Businesses and staff who participate will end up with higher motivated and goal driven staff, leaders and more positive business owners. Sports groups, individuals and administrators in our community will have the opportunity to develop a higher level of success capability, with mental fitness programmes focusing on capability and goals. Volunteers in our community, who run our community organisations, will have access to training on leadership, meeting procedures, team development etc.

This exciting new visitor attraction tells stories of Methven's mountains, plains and the people who live there. Told through a modern, interactive approach which provides visitors opportunities to tap into the information and experiences that engage them the most.

The Methven Heritage Centre is located right in the centre of Methven/Mt Hutt Village, just one hour from Christchurch.

We are open from 7.30-5.30 Monday to Friday. We do not open Public Holidays. The centre will be closed for a short period over Christmas but these dates are yet to be confirmed. We believe that the first five years of a child’s life lays the foundation for future learning. In their preschool years a child develops at a faster rate than in any other time of their life. We understand that children are our next generation, and Leap Ahead Early Childhood Centre exists to provide our children with a stimulating age appropriate environment to promote learning and development.
