I was thinking about my clients and my real estate service the other night, wondering which houses to show a client that would suit their large family, in the price range they were after. That's when it dawned on me - I'm not just selling a roof over your head, I am matching the right buyer with the right house.
Watching the reactions of my clients when they view the property from the road and enter the front door tells me if it is love at first sight.
So, in a way, I am a matchmaker, fixing you up with the home you will want to enjoy for years to come.
From that first meeting with the house comes the dating phase. I find out what your first instincts are, what you think of the home in general and if you think you would like to enjoy more time with it.
I then keep you updated with phone calls, texts and emails whilst keeping an eye out just in case something more suited comes along.
It's the same with selling your home. You need the right buyer to appreciate all the hard work you have put into your home. You also need daily updates as to how things are going.
That's where the House Matcher idea came from. I am not an agent trying to get the fastest sale, I work hard to get you the best deal fo the home of your dreams, in a timeframe that suits you.
