Third dojo under Sensei John Flavell. 1991 Advanced Instructors course completed. 1991 Sensei John Flavell achieves Advanced San dan promotion. 1994 OTKO NZ registers the OTKO and it's Logo as an Incorporated Society. (Okinawa-Te Karate Organisation International Incorporated). 1995 Sensei John Flavell appointed by Grand Master Gordon A Doversola to OTKO New Zealand (Oceania) Chief Instructor. 1996 OTKO joins UNZKO 1997 OTKO NZ builds it's first privately owned OTKO NZ HQ dojo. 2000 OTKO NZ celibrates 25 years in New Zealand 2005 OTKO NZ celibrates 30 years in New Zealand. 2007 OTKO celibrates 50 years internationally. 2010 OTKO celibrates 35 years in New Zealand 2010 OTKO NZ HQ dojo pays final morgage instalment and becomes freehold. 2010 OTKO NZ HQ dojo damaged by multiple Earthquakes. 2011 OTKO Creater, Founder Grand Master Gordon A Doversola passes over into the spirit world (RIP) 2011 OTKO leadership transfers to it's newly appointed and formed governing Council as directed by Grand Master Gordon A Doversola. Transplanted from Los Angeles, California, Kevin Allison opened Angels Gate Recording Studio in Christchurch in March of 2011. He brought with him the centerpiece of the studio, an API recording console - plus a fine selection of recording equipment and instruments – both new and vintage. Along with this equipment he also brings to the studio 40 years of experience in the music and recording industry.
