Harry's Boutique grew magically from the site of the Wellington's famous Seatoun Fairy Shop in 2008. Now Harry's casts it's own spell as a dress shop of affordable luxury. Like your best friend's wardrobe, you can try on different looks, receive honest friendly advice from fashion loving staff and have fun at the same time. The focus is on colour and femininity from leading local and international labels. New own label, When Harry Ran Away, was launched in March 2010 to offer affordable Italian Riviera style in luxurious silks, wool, Italian or Swiss cottons. New Zealand labels include Juliette Hogan, Ashley Fogel, Standard Issue and Claire Bloom. International designers include Velvet and Graham and Spencer from Los Angeles, Malene Birger and Day Birger from Copenhagen and Baby Ceylon from London. Harry's offers unique items wherever possible. Many pieces are in one-off fabrics or are one of only a few, so you can create a wardrobe that matches your own special style Owner Liz's naughty but much loved family dog, Harry, was the inspiration for the boutique. Today his ashes sit in an urn on a shelf beside a little box of fairy dust from Dorothy, the former fairy shop owner. 9 - 6pm Monday - Friday 10 - 6pm Saturday 9 - 9pm every first Thursday of each month

Just right now we're meeting in the hall at St Christopher's in Seatoun every Sunday at 4.00. We spend time talking about God, singing, praying, reading the Bible and sharing our stories. We have lots of children so there’s something special for the them too. You're welcome to come along and join in with whatever you want to—no one will mind if you just watch. Then we have tea together afterwards followed by youth group.
