Who are Hearts and Bones Pilates®?
Hearts and Bones Pilates® is owned by Tania Huddart who established the business in 2002. Our instructors have over 20 years international teaching experience.
Tania is a Master Pilates Instructor and a certified Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) instructor.
Hearts and Bones Pilates’® other instructor is Michelle McGregor. Michelle initially trained as a physiotherapist and then retrained as a Pilates instructor with Brent Anderson of Polestar Pilates in Bahia, Brazil.

Frank Spitzmesser brings a wide range of skills as a European trained tradesman. Frank has trade qualifications in kitchen fitting, interior decorating and industrial mechanics.
He is friendly, reliable and experienced. He gets along well with people and their pets. He is comfortable working around domestic animals but has also worked around horses for a local stable in Makara.
Frank also has experience working with local cafe and small business owners around Wellington.
Frank settled in Karori, Wellington in 2008 and you may even meet his young son, Michael or dog Angel at some point.
