****FIGHT FIT Strength and Conditioning****
Interval circuit training, using body weight, free weights and exercise equipment. This is a full body conditioning workout that builds muscle and burns fat. It is designed to hit every muscle group in the body using a variety of multi joint exercises. Our Strength and Conditioning classes are also designed to increase strength and improve overall con...ditioning as well as contributing to weight loss.
This class is 20mins per round – limited to 16 people per round. But don’t worry if you don’t make the first one, there’s another 2 rounds you can get into straight after. And if there’s no one there 2nd or 3rd round and you’re up for the challenge – You can go again!
****BATTLE ROPES****
The Battle Ropes class is strength and conditioning like no other! Equipment used is... Yes you guessed it, Ropes and possibly the odd tyre flipping too.
This training will give anyone great results whether your performance is a must in sport, career or you simply wish to look better and feel good!
With this strength system you will find that you will get the maximum results in the shortest period of time. You will also find that there is a constant tension throughout the exercises, unlike other types of strength training.
You are in control of how hard and how long you work out. You will quickly notice how the Battling Ropes Training will transfer into your sport or activity. You will not only have a lot of fun with your training, but you will also find yourself more motivated in general. This is due to the increased physical and mental discipline you will gain.
This class is 20mins per round – limited to 8 people per round. But don’t worry if you don’t make the first one, there’s another 2 rounds you can get into straight after. And if there’s no one there 2nd or 3rd round and you’re up for the challenge – You can go again!
****UBC****
This is a full body workout, consisting of boxing, exercises using your own body weight and completed with a 5min abs workout and a stretch down. This workout is never longer than 1 hour, but it gives you that complete fitness blast that you want, so that you still have time to do what you need to do. This class is a high impact, cardio, strength and endurance workout which improves stamina and promotes weight loss.
This class is a 10 week challenge, where the time increases every fortnight – therefore your workout becomes more intense each fortnight.
This class is only limited to 32 people – so first in first serve – So get in quick!
****UBC #2 – No Substitutes No Excuses****
This class is the next progression of UBC, therefore to be in this class, you need to have COMPLETED UBC and the 300 challenges. This class gives the same full body work out, but rounds are longer, harder and all exercises are to be completed properly – No Substitutes No Excuses. This class will never run over an hour, and abs workout and stretch down is completed at the end.
This class is a 10 week challenge.
This class is limited to 32 people.
****BOXOUT****
This class is designed for you lunch time people who need that quick fitness fix, because you hate getting up early to work out, and life takes over after work. BOXOUT is a 20min high impact, boxfit cardio strength and endurance session. Includes boxing on the bags and exercises – completed with an abs workout and stretch down.
****300****
This class consists of a number of different exercise stations and the overall total reps equals 300! To give you that over all work out, challenging not only your body - but your mind too. But if your mentally finding it hard to get through the burn in this class, you can always rely on supportive peers to push you on through, to give you that little bit of a kick, when you really need it! This class is compulsory with the UBC classes, but if you aren’t doing the UBC but want to come down and have a crack at the workout – Then do so!
****BOXFIT BLOWOUT****
This class explains exactly that – 30mins, 9 rounds of intense boxing, cardio, strength BLOW OUT! This class makes you dread it before it starts, but loving it when you’re done. A great way to kick start your weekend, making you feel awesome.
****OPEN MAT****
Can’t make it to a training session, but can come down at a different time? Want to have a roll, when no one else is around? Come to OPEN MAT and do as you please. Use the exercise machines, equipment and space during this time. It’s there at your convenience.
****BOXFIT KIDS****
This class only operates during the school term.
We have had many requests to provide our Boxing based Fitness program to the children of existing clients and their friends. We like to provide what our clients want so we offer "BOXFIT Kids".
It is a non-contact boxing based program that will instruct the children on the safe way to deliver boxing moves but also will emphasis a no-fighting approach to life.
Our main emphasis is on making it safe for the children and to improve their health and fitness, strength and agility, through supervised exercise and education.
****BOOTCAMP****
From this class you can expect, increased fitness levels, increased energy, and increased motivation. You will be given a breakfast of the week tip to compliment your new unique workout. Three 1 hour sessions per week for 5 weeks! Register your interest for the next BOOTCAMP challenge now!
It is specifically designed to integrate tough work- outs with the support and motivation of a team. The activities are challenging and each day of boot camp is unique.
Competition is encouraged and trying your best is mandatory.
Individual and team work-outs push everyone on their own level.
The classes are hard, but everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level.
This class is not included in the membership plan or casual session rates.
