Our philosophy here is this:
Your body and mind are part of the same package, and when your body isn't working properly, you end up wasting a lot of time mentally focusing on that.
Likewise when you're mentally or emotionally stressed, this can wreck a slow but sure havoc on your physical body.
The medical establishment recognizes the health-limiting effects of stress but has little on offer to address it. Acupuncture and the Traditional Chinese Medical model has been focusing on this since day one, thousands of years ago. Personally, I've been making sense of this amazing medicine for over a decade now.
Consultations are free, so come in and find out what I can do to help that tennis elbow, or sore back, that stream of thought that stops you getting to sleep at night, or anything else that is bothering you. I'll tell you if I can help and if I can't help I'll send you to someone who can.
