Sparkling Waters Restaurant is located at the Bowentown Sport Fishing Club with gorgeous view it's a lovely place for dinner or your next function. We are open Thursday - Sundays from 5pm

Our guiding principles are to: • Provide delicious, healthy food • Use organic or spray-free ingredients • Source products and ingredients from local artisan producers – reduce food miles and support these producers. • Use biodegradeable packaging wherever possible and limit the carbon footprint of the business • Provide the highest standards of customer service through offering a range of ingredients and equipment for keen cooks We have our own greenhouse and gardens growing fresh produce. This is supplemented by fresh goods from local organic and spray free producers. Our shop services include: • Take-away coffee, hot/cold sandwiches, soups and salads for lunchtime • Home made sweet and savoury items • A wide range of artisan produce including cheeses, cured meats, pates and dry goods such as muesli, jams, sauces, chutneys etc • Cooks ingredients such as spices, vanilla, gelatine, stocks, organic fresh produce etc • Cook books and cooking utensils • Lunchtime deliveries to local businesses on order • ‘Chef in a box’ ready meals that can be reheated or eaten at home • Private catering – whole menus delivered for serving at home • Internet sales (to be developed later in 2013) • Gift lines such as hampers, chocolates and Christmas lines • Cookery classes and tastings • A ‘Farm Gate Friends’ club offering special events and information services to our regular customers

I'm a freelance graphic designer / illustrator / creative. I love all things beautiful and often a little quirky. Getting creative using my hands or the computer is always part of my day, making wallets from vintage fabric, drawing up new illustrations or designing a poster for a gig. After completing a BMA (honours) at WINTEC and a post grad DIP in teaching, alongside being a mum of 3 boys, I have also worked in a number of different settings using my creative skills and passion. These include mental heath support worker using creativity as a means of rehabilitation, sales and design for a Vinyard, art and photography teacher, an at risk youth mentor/art teacher and most recently a little freelance design. I am always on a creative adventure and believe creativity is a part of all avenues of everyday life.
