I am specifically trained and qualified to apply Lush Lashes. A beauty treatment that’s more like a pampering, relaxing break away. All my clients have only had a positive and relaxing experience, and a lot of my business is from happy clients who know they’ll only get gorgeous lashes everytime. How to prepare for your Lush Lashes appointment: It’s really important that your natural lashes and eyelids are thoroughly cleansed with a mild water based cleanser. An oil based treatment will interfere with how well the adhesive connects. Make sure your lashes are completely dry before you come to your treatment. Also, don’t curl your lashes or wear any makeup at all. You will need to remove your contact lenses too. I will help you get the most out of your lashes after your treatment as well.

John Pouw - Harcourts Upper Hutt

John Pouw - Harcourts Upper Hutt

John is a true local, having grown up in Upper Hutt and living here for most of his adult life. “I spent a few years in Auckland in my mid 20’s but I never considered anywhere but Upper Hutt to be my home.” John’s professional careers have included Accountancy, Information Technology, and most recently the role of a qualified Project Manager for a well-known and respected local company. “These careers have all given me something different, but all have contributed to my personality and the way I like to approach business, which is with professionalism, honesty and integrity, something which also drew me to the Harcourts brand. My goal is to use my experience and make the process of selling and buying property in Upper Hutt, as stress free as possible.” John believes that Upper Hutt offers so much to people of any social, cultural or financial standing – “One of the many things I love most about Upper Hutt is the variety available to all types of people, there are opportunities here for everyone in terms of where and how they want to live, it’s a great place to live and my wife and I can’t picture ourselves living anywhere else”. In his spare time John enjoys getting out and enjoying the parks and activities that Upper Hutt has to offer – “What better place to get out for the day then the Akatarawas, Karapoti, or fishing in the Hutt River. Not to mention the local Football Club, which when time permits, I enjoy watching on a Saturday afternoon.” John lives with his wife Robyn and their two dogs in Birchville, Upper Hutt, a house they recently purchased through Harcourts – “We love it up here, we describe it as being as close to rural as you can be, without actually being rural. Our dogs enjoy the section and there are few things better than a sunny section, a few drinks, and friends around for a barbeque on a summer’s day in Upper Hutt” When asked why he chose Real Estate as his new career, John responds “I have always enjoyed looking at properties, the negotiations, dealing with new people, the whole process. It seemed natural to me to take on the challenge of real estate and do something I enjoy. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to help people find the perfect property that suits their needs in Upper Hutt, this is a value shared between the Harcourts Company and myself.”
