BLOW was established in June 2007 from a bungalow in the heart of the popular Tauranga Avenues. The renovations were considered carefully to provide keeping with the area and also a relaxing unique environment for our clients. Aarron and Phil had spent many years managing a salon in Kensington, an upmarket area of London which boasts some of London's most expensive streets and garden squares, the Palace Gardens and renowned shopping area of Kensington High Street. It was this environment that Aarron and Phil wanted to replicate back in New Zealand. They have achieved this with BLOW.
