Performance Enhancement Visualisation - PEV Sport
For many years science has been aware of the effectiveness of using visualisation to enhance physical and mental performance. P.E.V. SPORT is an intense 12 hour workshop designed to teach athletes and coaches how to use visualisation to enhance both physical and mental performance.
The course has been carefully designed to help participants develop the correct mental focus that is necessary for effective visualisation. You will be lead step by step through each part of the P.E.V. process and given unique tools and systems to enhance accuracy, timing, balance, coordination, concentration and proprioception. Develop clearer awareness of team and opposition dynamics and learn to control nerves.

Aurelie Gibson is an international coach and the head coach for the New Zealand Diving High Performance program and Auckland Diving. She is an advanced PEV instructor. Aurelie brings twenty years of International level experience. She was a member of the Canadian National Diving
Team in 1987 and 1989. She was named as Canada's Junior Coach of the Year in 2000 and coached 3 athletes to the World Junior Diving Championships in the same year. Since coming to New Zealand, Aurelie has been involved in developing High Performance and Coach Education here. She coached 2 athletes At the World Junior Championships in 2012 And has 5 members on the DNZ Development and National Squads. She holds a BSc. degree in Phys. Ed. from the University of Toronto, is a NCCP Level 3 certified Facilitator for Diving Plongeon Canada, a Certified Massage Therapist and BodyTalk Practitioner.
John Swanepoel is an alternative medicine consultant. He has a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy and is an advanced PEV instructor. John brings 26 years of instructing experience. With 12.5 years service as a green beret with the Royal Marines. He has 17 years experience as a physiotherapist and acupuncturist. His Physical Therapy experience includes Commando Training Centre RM musculoskeletal and sports injuries, British Aerospace occupational physiotherapy. Running the physiotherapy services for two adult learning disability centers, neurological, orthopedic, amputee and spinal injury rehabilitation. John emigrated to New Zealand in 2002. Since then he has focused on myofascial release and biotensegrity rehab techniques and the Bodtalk System. John is a member of the PaRama College. He is a founder member of the NZBA, past president of the organisation and a Level 2 PaRama Bodytalk practitioner.
