My husband and I have four children. I worked and volunteered as a doula and breastfeeding counsellor for about 10 years before I began my midwifery training and practice. I believe in women and families and seek to support whanau in becoming confident and happy in their parenting experience. I was born and raised in Hastings then moved to Canada as a teenager. My family and I returned to Hawkes Bay about four years ago and love being here.
I am a registered massage therapist. Massage is great for injury recovery and prevention, relaxation, anxiety and stress. Reflexology is a treatment done through the feet, it helps balance the mind and body. Excellent for boosting immunity, hormonal imbalances, stress, headaches and recovery from illness.
