WHAT WE DO
Rick Thame - Funeral Celebrant provides practical, professional help for individuals and families who suffer the loss of a family member or members, and who wish to experience a dignified and empathetic service and burial or cremation for their loved-one.
Often we find that individuals have a clear idea of the outcome they wish to achieve through the funeral process for their loved-one, but wish to seek the trust and intimacy of a competent celebrant who is able to relieve them of the emotional burden of the process.
To achieve this outcome for grieving families and individuals, Rick Thame - Funeral Celebrant offers the following services:
• Detailed funeral service planning, including:
the life story of the loved-one;
family wishes for eulogies;
selection and booking of the venue;
after-service invitations
catering (including ex-venue);
use of pall bearers;
selection of music;
selection of hymns, verses, and poems;
photographic presentations;
gifting to charitable organizations; and
appreciations.
• Production of Service Sheets.
• Provision of floral arrangements.
HOW WE DO THINGS
While our processes will always vary slightly from individual to individual and family to family, our general approach is to:
• conduct an initial interview with the individual or family to gain and record a clear understanding of the their needs;
• outline the likely process involved in meeting
those needs, and advise a likely timeframe for completion of the various tasks;
• gain an understanding of the deceased’s life, including achievements, interests, and enjoyments;
• discuss, and gain agreement upon, the terms of trade as they apply to the particular funeral; and
• ensure that the individual or family understands the next step in the process.
OUR TERMS OF TRADE
Terms of Trade for Rick Thame - Funeral Celebrant are as follows:
• Full Burial Service (includes
Formal and Graveside Services) $550.00
• Formal Service only (cremation
or private burial) $400.00
• Graveside Service only $400.00
Disbursements (such as the production of service sheets) will be itemized and charged separately.
Goods & Services Tax will apply to all charges.
Payment Terms
Settlement of the invoice is expected within 20
working days of the services delivered.
A 10% discount (including GST) will apply to all payments received within 10 working days of the services delivered.
