Architectural Design and the associated technical functions are performed by Gary Phillips , with CAD technicians and expert specialist consultants employed as required for each particular project Gary is a licensed Building Practitioner (BP 112535) Design Class D3, and an ADNZ Professional Member. Gary has been involved with the NZ Building Industry since 1980, beginning with the design (and on-site construction ) of energy efficient housing, using passive solar heating and cooling methods in particular, then evolving into the design of both traditional and contemporary residential and commercial structures across the full Architectural spectrum. He is passionate about Architectural design, striving for superior design and client-focused service using expertise developed over the past 30 years.
