Many of our tasty authentic Mexican dishes certainly reflect this. Our kitchen uses many of the finest spices, many varieties of dried chili’s, herbs, and seeds imported from Mexico to give authentic and defined flavors which compliment and give real credit to our fresh premium local produce. You will be pleased to know that our flour tortillas are made fresh and preservative free here in Queenstown by Remarkable Tortillas. Our fish is supplied directly from the fishing boats in Bluff.
