Terry has a sound knowledge of New Zealand’s business sector having worked as a banker with Westpac, Rabobank, National Bank and ANZ for over 17 years at senior management level in policy, audit, credit and relationship management. He prides himself on his ability to: • understand the needs of all his clients, from first home buyers through to commercial investors • apply his specialist knowledge as well as his broad life experiences • achieve at work as well as honour family commitments. Wellington has been Terry’s home since 2000. Married to Marina, a registered practice nurse, they have a daughter who is a trainee nurse, another daughter who is a kindergarten teacher and a son who is a chartered accountant. Terry is a registered Financial Services Provider and a member of the Professional Advisers Association. He has qualifications from Lincoln University in valuation and business management, and he has also attended many professional development courses in advanced credit management and leadership. Terry has received national awards including AGMARDT rural leadership, HEP Downes Memorial Award for education, and Young Farmer of the Year.
