With 10 years Full industry experience in local gyms and now venturing out on my own as a Pump, Spin, Circuit, Bootcamp Boxfit and Swissball Instructor, I have now opened up a studio with a broad range of exciting motivating classes that will keep you worked and get results!!! I know and understand the time contraints our busy lives can put on us. I also understand the different dynamics within the fitness environment, and am highly experienced at tailoring my programmes and classes to suit the individual needs of my clients. I now offer food plans designed by me that get YOU RESULTS even faster!! I am highly qualified in my field with a Diploma in Sport Recreation, including papers in Exercise Prescription and Anatomy, along with Certificates in Fitness/Outdoor Recreation 3 and 4.
It is my firm belief that trainers should lead by example, which is why my programs are made up of routines that I genuinelly enjoy, and know will provide the results required. Personality is important as a trainer, the ability to lead, motivate and understand your clients on a personal level is paramount. Gaining respect and trust is important to me, and by doing so I create strong relationships with my clients, and most importantly the RESULTS they are after.
